Should companies in Japan take action to reduce plastic waste?

I think companies in Japan should take action to reduce plastic waste. I have two opinions.

First of all, reducing plastic waste is very important for us to improve environment. Recently, marine pollution (ここにcaused必要）by floating plastic waste become (has becomeがベター）a crucial problem. The plastic waste affects many marine creatures. There are companies that take action for (→are taking action to resolve) the problem. For example, McDonalds used to use plastic straws. But now, it uses straws made from paper. Starbucks also do (→has also made) this change. Because of the change, each company is able to reduce plastic waste. They help environment get better. Japanese companies should imitate these moves.

Second, the companies are able to improve (→reduce) excess packaging. Extra packaging is unnecessary. By changing (ここにto必要） moderate packaging, they could reduce plastic waste.

In conclusion, Japanese companies should take action to reduce plastic waste.

I disagree that classmates and partners should communicate with each other face to face to finish the project better than by sending e-mails. There are two points for my opinion to make in this connection.

First, it is now possible to get in touch with each other more easily because the Internet has made progress recently. Almost everyone has their own smartphone or tablet. These enable people to communicate with each other without any cost.

Second, people can check the contents whenever they like. Every person has their own lifestyle. Also, when they must contact people who live in foreign countries, by sending e-mails, they do not have to worry about their partner’s schedule so much.

For these reasons, I disagree that classmates and partners should communicate with each other face to face to finish the project better than by sending e-mails.

Time vs Money

I would rather earn less money by working a little more (→shorter hours）than earn more money by working much time (→longer hours）
To begin with, to have fun using much money (→by spending a lot of money) is one thing; to play (→entertain yourself）without money is another.
If you have little time to play (for entertainment), you can’t use your money. Such a life means that you live to work. On the other hand, even if you can’t afford to spend money, you can enjoy doing something with your friends or by yourself, because you have time.
Nowadays, there are many entertainments that make you excited. Systems such as the Internet are very reasonable or even free. I don’t think that we need money to just enjoy our lives. The most important role of money is to let us live. Of course, to have much money is wonderful. However I feel time is more important than money.
When I get older, I would like to work at a company that gives me 60% of time and 40 % of money.

What would be the advantages and disadvantages of living longer?

I think that if we could live longer than now, we could spend more time with our family and friends, and we could also make more money with them. However, living longer has not only advantages but also disadvantages,  because it causes many problems. For example, younger will be taxed more for elderly people’s pensions. And we will need more money to stay healthy.

Then, the gap between poor and rich will determine whether we can or can not live longer. I think that it is very cruel. From those things, I think that living longer has advantages and disadvantages, and both thing are very important.
